What's your WHY?

After overcoming generational trauma, I found a passion for helping others heal and break free from harmful patterns. I earned my master’s degree and began working in treatment centers focused on addiction and eating disorders. I have over 7 years of direct client experience. I received specialized training in trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and LGBTQ+ support. My experience allows me to work with diverse clients, helping identify attachment wounds and reconnect with the body through a compassionate, somatic approach. I am currently finishing additional certification for Somatic Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health, specializing in parents since becoming a parent myself. This is my why and I encourage my clients to explore and identify their why in their lives to help them align to their day to day. I love the work I get to do every day with my clients.

What can you expect?

I believe each client is unique, and I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I create customized treatment plans based on each person’s history, goals, and needs. I offer a free 10–15 minute consultation to determine fit. If we decide to work together, clients complete intake paperwork and brief assessments so I can understand their background before our first session. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals motivated to make meaningful changes around addiction, disordered eating, self-esteem, and trauma. Clients can expect a collaborative, compassionate space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. I meet you where you are—and walk with you toward where you want to be.
