Eating Disorders

Many of the clients I see don't actually have a diagnosable eating disorder and are still struggling and in this exhausting cycle with food and their bodies. We will break the binge/restrict cycle; reconnect with your hunger and full cycles; quiet the food noise; understand and build better coping skills for emotional eating; untangle the food rules and diet culture we have all been fed, so you can separate that from what you actually think; and finally be able to have peace with food and your body.
